Veros Interiors Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At Veros Interiors, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel an order or return an item. We've designed our policy to be fair and flexible while protecting our business and customers from unnecessary costs.
Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests that meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) have not yet been shipped from our warehouse
- The order has not been custom-made or specially ordered
- The manufacturer has not yet invoiced us
- There are no open claims with the manufacturer regarding your order
Please note:
- If your order does not meet the cancellation criteria, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
- If you refuse delivery of a shipped item, the restocking fee will still apply, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation Fees:
- For processed payments: A fee of 2.5% + $0.25 of the total purchase price will apply to cover non-refundable transaction charges.
- For payments processed through financing options: A fee of 5% of the total purchase price will apply.
To offset these fees, Veros Interiors will offer the equivalent amount as store credit for future purchases.
Returns
We offer a 5-calendar day return window for most items. To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service team with your order number
- Provide a detailed description of the issue
- Include photos of the item(s)
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unassembled and unused
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the final price of the product
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
Allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected on your original payment method.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email
- Provide photos of the damage and any relevant delivery receipt notes
- We will evaluate the issue and file a claim with the manufacturer
- We'll work to resolve the problem within the manufacturer's warranty terms
Please note that resolution for damaged items may not always result in a full refund.
Warranties & Claims
Veros Interiors offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on most products. If you encounter any defects within the first year of ownership:
- Contact our Customer Service team
- Provide photos of the affected items
- Include the product code and any delivery receipt notes
- We'll work with the manufacturer to resolve your claim promptly
Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate representations of our furniture, variations in photography, monitors, and lighting may occur. Natural variations in wood grain, color, or fabric/leather appearance are not considered defects. If you have any questions about the finish of your furniture, please don't hesitate to contact us.
